Circuit & Load Protection

Circuit and Load Protection products protect solenoids, relay coils, pilot devices, PLC outputs, and more. They are DIN Rail mountable for quick installation and excellent for high-density configurations. They offer electronic circuit protection modules, circuit breakers, and motor protectors including modular protection systems, bi-metallic or solid-state overload relays and surge protectors and filters.

Condition Monitoring

Condition monitoring products help you keep your plant floor running productively by detecting potential equipment failures. Offering real-time protection modules, sensors, portable instruments, and surveillance software. The XM® Series of intelligent I/O modules performs real-time processing of critical parameters used in assessing the current health and predicting the future health of industrial machinery. Apply the XM modules in standalone systems or with existing automation and control systems.

Connection Devices

Connection Devices include Network Media for Ethernet, ControlNet™, DeviceNet™, Power Media, and Safety Connection Systems. Offering many products for DC Micro (M12), AC Micro (1/2"), MiniPlus (1", 1-1/8"), Mini (7/8"), Pico (M8), and M23: cordsets, patchcords, V- and Y-cables, splitters, field attachable connectors, and receptacles. The I/O Wiring Systems include interface modules and cables that connect through pre-wired cables to digital and analog I/O. Plus several IEC and NEMA terminal blocks to meet your needs.

Drives & Motors

PowerFlex® AC and DC Drives offer solutions for motor control applications from low to medium voltage and from simple to complex. These motors are designed for optimum variable speed performance and service life. Drives and motors are input/output control-matched to make it easy to select a combination for your requirements. Drives and motors also work equally well separately.

Energy Monitoring

Energy Monitoring products keep you well-informed of how much power you use, what your major loads are, when you use electric power the most, how much you pay for it, and the quality of the power you use. Use these Energy Monitoring hardware and software products to improve your equipment productivity and life, reduce your power use and its costs, and increase your company's profits.

Input/Output (I/O) Modules

Choose from chassis-based I/O that is integrated with your Allen-Bradley® controller, or I/O that is distributed around your application or mounted on a machine. For distributed applications, they offer in-cabinet (IP20) and hardened on-machine (IP67/69K) options, in both modular and block designs. Several I/O families feature DeviceLogix™ Smart Component Technology, integrating low-cost logic solving capability in your I/O. For safety solutions, the Guard I/O™ products are TÜV-certified up to SIL 3, Cat. 4, PLe. Communication support includes DeviceNet™, ControlNet™, and EtherNet/IP™, plus other industrial networks. Allen-Bradley I/O is available in a variety of sizes and point densities, providing the flexibility you need to fit your exact requirements.

Lighting Control

Lighting control products include multi-pole, feeder disconnect, and combination lighting contactors. Multi-pole lighting contactors are available up to 12-poles, with contacts rated at 20 A for branch circuits. Feeder disconnect lighting contactors turn large blocks of lights on and off. Our contactors are available in sizes up to 2250 A. You can use them to control full-bus and split-bus lighting panelboards.

Motion Control

Motion Control products include a broad range of servo drives, servo motors and actuators. The servo drive portfolio extends from compact single-axis drives for simple applications to high-performance multi-axis servo drives which fit seamlessly into your Integrated Architecture™ system. Rotary and linear servo motors provide a wide range of output power for a variety of environmental challenges. The actuators provide simplified out-of-the box solutions for precise linear positioning.

Push Buttons & Signaling Devices

Push buttons and signaling devices include a broad spectrum of operators. IEC and NEMA push buttons, toggle switches, pendant stations, indicator lights, assembled operator stations, and operator station enclosures. Audible and visual signaling devices include horns, loudspeakers, beacons, strobes, panel light bars and tower stack lights. They help to reduce downtime by signaling breakdowns and material shortages as well as alert operators of hazards.

Programmable Controllers

These control solutions set the standard — from the original programmable logic controller (PLC) invented in the 1970s to the technology embodied in the scalable, multi-disciplined and information-enabled programmable automation controller (PAC). Safety-certified controllers support your SIL 2 and SIL 3 application needs. Offering multiple controller types and sizes to fit your specific needs.

Signal Conditioners

Analog signal conditioners are designed to isolate, transmit, convert, split, and amplify analog signals in harsh industrial environments in order to improve the reliability of your process. These signal conditioners save panel space, provide isolation via galvanic isolation, solve mismatched signal issues, standardize on a signal type, reduce wiring with loop powered units, and improve troubleshooting.

Software

Allen-Bradley® software products support intelligent I/O modules, portable data collectors, PowerFlex® drives, servo drives and motors, motor control centers, programmable controllers, and sensors. Rockwell Software® offers design and configuration, data management, asset management, and performance software to support the entire breadth of Rockwell Automation® hardware products. Additional software products are available from Rockwell Software.
